A discription of some of Noelle's talks/workshops:

The Triduum and Our Relationship with Christ
-- This workshop takes each day of the Triduum and applies it to the ongoing conversion and and spiritual ups and downs of our own faith journeys. We actually begin briefly with Palm Sunday - the people are pumped that Jesus is coming into Jerusalem, singing Hosanna in the Highest! That would be our mountain top experience! Then when things get hard, Holy Thursday... do we betray Jesus as Judas did? Do we fall asleep in our prayer life like the Apostles? This workshop will take the Easter celebration and apply it to our faith walk with Christ.

It's Great to be a Girl
-- This workshop helps girls to refocus their energy on what society tells us is important. We spend up to an hour in the morning getting our appearance just right before we begin the day, but we spend next to no time in prayer. Holiness is the only beauty that never fades. This workshop helps us to focus on the gift that it is to be a woman, and to embrace that role and the gifts that are unique to being a woman.

Falling in Love with Eucharist
-- How do we know that the bread and wine actually become the Body and Blood of Christ? How can I strengthen my belief in the Eucharist? It is a shame that so many Catholics believe that the bread and wine are only a symbol of our Lord. This workshop explains through Old Testament and New Testament Scripture the reality of the miracle we take for granted every Sunday. It will show how to develop a stronger devotion to the Eucharist. You cannot sit before the sun and not experience its rays, just as you cannot sit before the Son and not experience God's grace.

Teen Depression Witness Talk
-- In this workshop, Noelle shares her own struggles as the "original Ugly Betty" growing up overweight with low self-esteem, struggles with depression and cutting as a young teen, and overall just learning to love herself. Noelle came forward with her testimony after discovering the multitude of teens in her ministry that struggle with some form of lack of self esteem or depression. She shows how she got through this difficult time in her life, and how she learned to love herself.

I Praise You, for I am Wonderfully Made

-- Everyone has something they are self-conscious about. But God does not make junk! This workshop helps us to learn to laugh at the things we are self-conscious about, and find ways to praise God for who we are and how we are made. This workshop also explores the love of God for us and the reality that every part of our body was hand-crafted by the same God who created the magnificent sunsets and mountain peaks. This workshop is for guys and girls, helping us to acknowledge the good that we are!

Peer Pressure/Friends
-- Noelle shares a bit of her own testimony with regard to a friend of hers who recently passed away. A kid who many people judged for the things he was involved with. A kid who had a dramatic conversion just prior to his death. Scripture tells us to not be "unequally yoked with unbelievers" - we have to have the support of friends who help to keep us on the right path in our lives. But we stay in our shell a lot. We stay in our comfort zone and neglect to reach out to those who have no friends. This workshop explores our responsibility as Christians to be Christ's hands and feet to everyone - not just our friends - but also to surround ourselves with people who love us for more than just the crowd to whom we belong.
